Selling puppies is only half the work our staff has to do. 

Every morning, we clean and disinfect everything that comes in contact with the puppies (cages, laundry, food dishes, water bowls, playrooms, floor, etc.) and  perform much of the routine puppy care required, such as vaccinations, dewormings, nail clipping, trimming, baths, etc.

It takes three to four hours to do that work, and we can't let our customers into the store until it is finished.

Any appointments scheduled must be after 12 noon.
